WRITING
TASK:
In my class there are 27 people, one of Vietnam, one from Gambia, one from Africa, one from Romania and the rest from Catalonia. In my school they are studying three languages: Catalan, Spanish and English, and my class there are 6 languages. Level og English in my school is difficult, and I want to improve English grammar and vocabulary, My opinion on page 30 is that it's great to study.

TALK ABOUT LIKES AND DISLIKES
Tina: Hey, what's that music?
Laura: I'm in a samba band. We've got band practice now.
Tina: Really? How often do you practice?
Laura: We practise every Friday, ans in July we participate in the Brighton Carnival.
Tina: A carnival? Cool! What do you do in it?
Laura: Well, we sing, dance and wear costumes, It's fun.
Tina: I love dancing. What about you, Jake?
Do you like carnivals.
Jake: I don't mind watching them, but I hate dancing.
Tina: Hey, what's that music?

TWILIGHT SAGA
Twilight is not a traditional story about good and evil. It is a series of four fantasy and romance novels about a teenager, Isabella Swan, who falls in love with a vampire called Edward Cullen. The series is one of the most popular written for teenagers and has sold over 17 million copies in 37 countries. The other books in the series, New Moon and Eclipse, follow the adventures of Isabella. The final book, Breaking Dawn, is the grand finale.

JUSTIN BIEBER
Justin Bieber became famous at age 12. He got a record deal after his mother put some of his videos on You Tube and a music manager saw the videos.
The 16-years-old Canadian is from a poor family. He taught himself to play the piano, drums, guitar and trumpet. Today, he is an internacional star, and he sold more than 4 million albums in 2010, But Justin is also criticized. What does he think about this?
"There are more people that like me than there are who hate me," he says. Justin has a coach who helps him live with his fame. Sometimes, he feels lonely: "It doesn't matter where I am, as long as I have family and friends close to me".
LONGEST NAILS
Meet Christine Walton form Las Vegas USA..she has the longest fingernails in the world. The nails are 309.8 cm on the left hand and 292.1 cm on the right hand. Christine says her nails are not a prblem: she drives, cleans and even texts. Why doesn't she cut them? "It's like a leg. I wouldn't just chop it off!" she says.
